废旧锂离子电池在氨性和硫酸溶液中的浸出

【摘要】 采用焙烧、浸出的方法对废旧锂离子电池的有价金属进行选择性分离。在氨性溶液中,焙烧残渣中的Co与Cu可在浸出时分离,Cu进入溶液中,Co留在滤渣中;在H2SO4溶液中,焙烧残渣中的Cu和部分Co同时溶解,不能实现Cu与Co的有效分离。经H2SO4溶液浸出后,LiCoO2中的Li可被全部浸出,Co则主要以Co3O4的形式留在滤渣内。

【Abstract】 Valuable metals in spent Li-ion battery were selectively separated by roasting and leaching methods.Cu and Co in the roasted residue could be separated by leaching in ammoniacal solution,Cu was leached into the solution while Co remained in the leached residue.Cu and some of Co in the roasted residue dissolved at the same time in H2SO4 solution,Cu and Co could not be separated effectively.All of the Li in LiCoO2 could be leached after leached by H2SO4 solution while Co mainly stayed in the leached residue in the form of Co3O4.
