【摘要】 目的:探讨局部注射强的松龙加口服三苯氧胺治疗局限性乳腺腺病的疗效。方法:治疗组于乳腺腺病表面注射强的松龙,50mg/次,间隔7d～10d给药1次,一般给药2次～5次,口服三苯氧胺10mg/次,2次/d,共20d～25d。对照组设置三组,对照组Ⅰ为传统治疗方法,口服逍遥丸,1丸/次,3次/d,共3月;对照组Ⅱ口服三苯氧胺,10mg/次,2次/d,共3月;对照组Ⅲ乳腺表面注射强的松龙,每次50mg间隔7d～10d,共1月。结果:7d～9d后,增生肥厚性肿物及乳痛明显消失,有效率高达86.33%,且复发率低。结论:强的松龙具有消炎、消肿、止痛及抑制纤维细胞增生作用,三苯氧胺有抗雌激素作用,联合治疗乳腺腺病疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of curing the local adenosis of breast with local injection dehydrocortisol and tamoxifen by mouth.Methods:Dehydrocortisol was injected on the surface of the adenosis of breast in cure group,50 mg/time,1 time/7-10 days,2-5 times in general.Tamoxifen by mouth,10 mg/time,2 times/day,20-25 days totally.The control group was divided into three groups.The first group is traditional cure method with xiaoyao pill by mouth,1pill/time,3 times/day,3 months totally.The second group is tamoxifen by mouth,10 mg/time,2 times/day,3 months totally.The third group is to inject on the surface of the mammary gland,50 mg/time,1 time/7-10 days,1month totally.Results:Hyperplastic pachynsis lump as well as the breast pain disappeared remarkably,the rate of utility is as high as 86.33%,and the rate of relapse is low.Conclusion:The dehydrocortisol has the effect of dephlogistication,detumescence,alleviating pain and inhibiting the hyperplasia of the fiber cells.The tamoxifen has the effect of counteracting the female hormone.So the therapeutic effect is remarkable with the combination of curing the adenosis of breast.更多还原
