【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性及血糖、血脂的作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病大鼠模型;高脂饲料复制高血脂大鼠模型,分别观察葛根素160mg/(kg.d)、80mg/(kg.d)、40mg/(kg.d)连续腹腔注射6周对其空腹血糖、血清中胰岛素(Insulin,Ins)水平、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、糖化蛋白、肝糖原合成和高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。结果:各给药组与模型组相比血糖值明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ins水平降低;ISI升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖化蛋白明显降低(P<0.01);肝糖原合成增加;葛根素注射液高剂量组对高糖高脂大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)有降低作用(P<0.01,P<0.05),而对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无影响。结论:葛根素有明显的降糖和降脂作用,可改善机体的胰岛素敏感性,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effects of puerarin on blood glucose and blood lipid in type Ⅱ diabetic rats.Methods:The diabetic rats model induced by treated with STZ and high fat diet fed,the effects of puerarin 160 mg/(kg·d)、80 mg/(kg·d)、40 mg/(kg·d)intraperitoneally injected)on the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)、fasting insulin(Fins)、index of insulin sensitivity(ISI)、Glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb)、and serum levels of total cholesterols(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-chol-esterol(HDL-C)、triacylglycerol(TG)were studied.Results:Puerarin reduced the levels of FBG Fins and GHb,the levels of Fins were lowered(P<0.01) and ISI was enhanced(P<0.01),compared with models of T2DR.Ficilitate synthesis of hepatic glycogen obviously.Conclusion:The results suggest that puerarin can lower hyperinsulinemia,ameliorate insulin sensibility,reduce blood glucose and lipids.更多还原
