从新手到专家——教师职业能力培养模式的探索
From Beginner to Expert——A Study on the Mode of the Professional Competence Training for the Teachers in Higher Vocational College
【摘要】 从事高职教学的教师,其职业能力主要包括高职教育教学能力、课程开发能力和社会服务能力三大方面。为促进教师职业生涯的可持续发展,应构建合理的职业能力标准体系,建立常态培训机制,采用"段位梯级式"的培养模式。
【Abstract】 Professional competency of teachers in higher vocational education comprises the ability of teaching,curriculum development and social service.To promote continual progress of career,we should design suitable standard evaluation system of professional competency,build up normal mechanism for training.Meanwhile,a hierarchized professional competence training mode will be utilized as well.
