【Abstract】 The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group,which is undergoing the national "two-type society" experiment,and the "3+5 model",which is also in operation,do not have Chenzhou included.It is for Chenzhou both a challenge as well as an opportunity for its development.Without the development of the "two-city" construction,it can be hard for Chenzhou to realize its strategic targets of "becoming the most open city in Hunan" and the "central city between the borders of Hunan,Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces".The major means of the "two-city" construction lies in scientific breakthroughs.The significant target of the "twocity" construction is to create a city that is appropriate and comfortable to live in,the presupposition of which is to make good scheming of the "two-city" construction.To create a highly civilized city and the "two-type" social life is the major carrier to get the "two-city" construction highly elevated in quality.更多还原
