数控转塔冲床板料重定位策略研究
A Study of Sheet Metal Parts Repositioning Strategy for CNC Turret Punch Press
【摘要】 对数控转塔冲床加工过程中存在的板料重定位问题进行了分析,提出一种基于解答树广度优先算法的重定位策略,解决了长板料和夹钳死区加工图素的加工问题,并且使重定位次数最少.通过案例分析,证明该策略的有效性和可行性.
【Abstract】 Repositioning of CNC turret punch press is analyzed and a new repositioning strategy is presented in this paper based on Breadth-First-Search algorithm.With the strategy a minimal number of repositions can be obtained for machining long plate and entities in the dead zone of the clamps.An example is given in the last part,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the repositioning strategy.
