生物柴油—柴油混合燃料喷雾液滴尺寸数目分布的理论预测
Theoretical Prediction of Droplet Size Distribution for Biodiesel/Diesel Blended Fuel
【摘要】 运用最大熵原理和质量守恒定律导出的喷雾液滴尺寸分布函数,建立了生物柴油—柴油混合燃料的喷雾液滴尺寸分布模型,对柴油、生物柴油—柴油混合燃料进行了模拟计算,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,随着生物柴油掺混比的增大,燃料黏度增大,喷雾锥角变小,索特平均直径增大,计算数据与试验数据吻合很好。
【Abstract】 Based on the maximum entropy principle and the mass conservation law,biodiesel/diesel blended fuel droplet size distribution function was derived and then its model was established.The numerical simulations of biodiesel/diesel blended fuel and diesel were carried on with the model and were compared with the test results.The results show that,with the increase of biodiesel mixing ratio,fuel viscosity rises,spray cone angle decreases,and sauter mean diameter increases.A good agreement is acquired between numerical and experimental results.
