【摘要】 明确的伤残因果关系分析可为相关的临床医学交流、法医鉴定和司法审判量刑提供理论依据。鉴于生物体的致命性和非致命性伤病之间的差别,主要是相关原因对机体生命功能损害程度和部位的差别,因此,在参照WHO《ICD-10》和法医学死因分析方法基础上,建议统一伤残因果关系分析方法及其相关责任"参与度",以期规范伤残原因及其机制的解析思维模式和标准,避免出现观念和理论混乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clear analysis of the causality in disability could provide reference for the communication of clinical medicine,forensic identification and judicial trial.As there is difference in the injury degree and injury site between the disability and death,it is suggested the method on analysis of disabled causality and the "degree of contribution" should be unified with the forensic analysis of death cause based on the ICD-10 of WHO,so as to make the criterion and to avoid confusion of concept and theory on the cause and mechanism of disability.更多还原
