有条带长度约束的排样方式中板材的分段处理
The Metal Plate Cutting Patterns with Length-constrained Strips
【摘要】 同尺寸矩形毛坯排样是在企业生产中广泛存在的问题,当排样受剪刃长度约束时板材的分割是影响板材利用率的重要因素。本文讨论的是存在条带长度约束时,板材分段的必要性和分段处理算法。分段后板材的利用率得到了明显的提高。
【Abstract】 The cutting patterns of equal rectangular blanks popular exist in industries’ production. When cutting patterns are constrained by the length of cut blade,the segmentation of metal plate is the important factor to influence the efficient of material usage. The authors discussed the necessary condition and the division algorithm of metal plate when exist length-constrained strips. The result shows that the efficient of material usage is evidently increased when metal plate was divided.
