一种交联结构聚咪唑的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of a Cross-linked Polybenzimidiazole
【摘要】 本研究合成了1种多官能团的单体,即4-(3,5-双(3,4-二胺基)苯基)吡啶苯甲酸,并通过自聚合得到1种含有大量邻苯二胺端基的支化结构的聚咪唑(HPBI);HPBI与苯偶酰反应可以封锁未反应的端基,并且添加少量的聚醚苯偶酰(PEB)可得到交联结构的聚咪唑。利用FT-IR、UV-vis、DSC和TGA等测试手段对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征和研究。该种交联结构的聚咪唑具有优良的热稳定性和物理机械性能。
【Abstract】 A new multi-functional monomer,4-[2,6-bis(3,4-diaminophenyl)pyridin-4-yl]benzoic acid,was synthesized and self-polymerized to give a branched polybenzimidazole(HPBI) bearing large amount of un-reacted amino groups.HPBI was modified and cross-linked with the combination of an endcapping reagent(benzyl) and a cross-linking agent(PEB) to yield a cross-linked polybenzimidazole(C-HPBI).Various measurements such as FTIR、UV、DSC、TGA were used to characterize the polybenzimidazoles.C-HPBI exhibited excellent thermal properties and acceptable mechanical performance.
