【Abstract】 In this paper,firstly,we analyze the general background and the evolution trend of internal structure of global cities’ service industry.Secondly, we explore how to evaluate the industrial structure of Shanghai,and how to introduce urban industrial function classification in the planning of Shanghai’s future industrial development,as well as three standards for choosing major industries.
