用溶胶-凝胶法制备的低温烧结Ti取代LiZn铁氧体
Study of Low Temperature Sintered Ti -Substituted LiZn Ferrites From Powders Prepared by Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 以柠檬酸为络合剂用溶胶-凝胶法制备了低温烧结Li0.5-0.5x+0.5yTiyZnxMnaFe2.5-0.5x-a-1.5yO4(0.15<x<0.2,0≤y≤0.4)铁氧体。给出了880±20℃烧结温度下不同Zn含量LiTiZn铁氧体的饱和磁化强度Ms、居里温度TC、铁磁共振线宽△H、自旋波线宽△Hk、矫顽力Hc和剩磁比R(Br/Bs)等特性随Ti含量的变化,并进行了比较和讨论。
【Abstract】 Li0.5-0.5x+0.5yTiyZnxMnaFe2.5-0.5x-a-1.5yO4 (0.15<x<0.2, 0≤y≤0.4) ferrites were prepared by sol-gel method with the chelating agent of citric acid. The dependence of saturation magnetization Ms, Curie temperature TC, linewidth △H, spin wave linewidth △Hk , coercivity Hc and remnant ratio R(Br/Bs) on Ti content for samples of LiTiZn ferrite sintered at 880±20℃ were given, and discussion and comparison were presented on samples with different Zn content.
