【摘要】 目的:探讨生长抑素类似物奥曲肽对胰腺癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:对7例使用奥曲肽治疗(奥曲肽组)和9例未处理(对照组)的胰腺导管癌病人,用免疫组化法检测癌组织中Ki67表达。结果:奥曲肽组病人癌组织Ki67标记指数为(24.29±15.92)%;对照组为(34.1±15.36)%。奥曲肽组的Ki67标记指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素类似物奥曲肽有抑制胰腺癌病人癌细胞增殖的作用,可能在胰腺癌综合治疗中发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The study was designed to investigate the effect of octreotide on the cell proliferation in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Methods: The expressions of Ki67 in 7 cases of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma treated by octreotide and 9 cases untreated were detected by immunohistochemical EnVision technique.Results: The Ki67 expression was(24.29±15.92)% in octreotide treated group and(34.1±15.36)% in untreated group.The Ki67 expression in the treated group was significantly lower than that in untreated group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The somatostatin analog(octreotide) may exert beneficial effects in the treatment of human pancreatic adenocarcinoma by inhibiting the cell proliferation.更多还原
