小麦主要农艺性状配合力分析
Analysis on combining ability of some agronomic traits in bread wheat varieties
【摘要】 试验采用Hayman方法,利用6×6完全双列杂交,对6个小麦品种(系)的主要农艺性状遗传机制进行了研究。结果表明:‘河农2552’具有优良的综合性状,是理想的早熟亲本;‘I4’穗数的一般配合力效应值较高,是理想的多穗型亲本;‘兰考906’、‘河农95156’是理想的大穗多小穗亲本。组合河农2552×兰考906,I4×河农95156和I4×兰考906可作为高产育种的重点组合。本研究中‘河农2552’和‘I4’作母本,‘兰考906’和‘河农95156’作父本,有利于双亲优势性状的聚合,从中选出超高产品种。
【Abstract】 The genetic mechanism of economically important characters of six varieties of wheat was studied bywith Hayman method.The results showed that Henong 2552 was the better breeding parent with early mature traits and eximous general traits.I4 was the better breeding parent with poly-spike traits and high general combining ability.Lankao906 and 95(156) were the big-spike better breeding parents with multispikelet traits.Henong 2552×Lankao 906,I4×95(156),I4×Lankao906 were the important combinations for super breeding.In this research,Henong 2552 and I4 were suitable for female parents;Lankao906 and 95(156) were suitable for male parents.These crosses were propitious to be polymerized traits of parents,from which super high-yielding cultivars could be chosen.
