葡萄糖氧化酶制剂对肉鸡肠道pH及盲肠微生物的影响

【摘要】 通过探讨葡萄糖氧化酶(Glucose oxidase,GOD)对肉鸡肠道环境的影响,为其在肉鸡生产中的应用提供理论依据。本研究选取300只1日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。分别饲喂添加0、0.15%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%GOD的日粮,研究了其对肉鸡肠道pH及盲肠微生物的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加GOD,不同程度的降低了空肠、回肠pH,但未能显著影响胃和十二指肠pH;GOD具有明显抑制大肠杆菌生长,促进盲肠中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌增殖的作用。

【Abstract】 The objective of this research was to provide theoretical basis for broiler production by studying the effects of GOD on the intestinal environment of broiler chickens.300 one-day-old Rose 308 chickens were randomly assigned to 5 groups,with 6 replications per group.The control was provided with basal diet.Treatments were basal diet added by 0,0.15%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5% GOD,study the effects of GOD on the pH and micooranism of cecum in dejecta of broiler chickens.Results showed that GOD could decrease intestinal tract pH in proventriculus and gizzard,duodenum,jejunum and ileum differentially;Interestingly,GOD addition significantly inhibited the growth of E.coli,but stimulated the growth of Lactobacilli and Bacillus bifidus of cecum in broiler chickens.
