硼及植物生长调节物质对阿月浑子花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响
Effects of boric acid and plant growth regulating substances on pollen germination and tube growth in pistachio
【摘要】 以阿月浑子(Pistacia vera L.)为试材,研究了硼及植物生长调节物质对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的硼酸、赤霉素、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸和2,4-D均能促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而高浓度时却不利于花粉萌发和花粉管生长;适宜阿月浑子花粉萌发和花粉管生长的硼酸浓度为100 mg/L,赤霉素浓度为25mg/L,萘乙酸浓度为0.5 mg/L,吲哚乙酸和2,4-D浓度均为15 mg/L。
【Abstract】 The effects of boric acid and several plant growth regulating substances on the rate of pollen germination and pollen tube growth of pistachio(Pistacia vera L.) in vitro were studied.The results were as follows: the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of pistachio were enhanced by the lower concentration of boric acid,GA3,NAA,IAA and 2,4-D and were inhibited by the higher concentration of boric acid,GA3,NAA,IAA and 2,4-D.The optimum concentration of boric acid,GA3,NAA,IAA and 2,4-D which stimulated pollen germination and pollen tube growth were 100,25,0.5,15 and 15 mg/L respectively.
