粘细菌来源的生物活性产物的筛选
Screening of bioactive products from myxobacteria
【摘要】 为筛选粘细菌来源的生物活性产物,利用肿瘤细胞、谷胱甘肽转移酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制剂体外筛选模型,对不同来源的粘细菌菌株进行了高通量筛选。结果表明:3类不同的筛选模型均筛选获得了活性菌株,但利用不同的模型筛选得到的活性菌株差异很大,活性菌株筛出率不同,其中抗L1210(小鼠白血病)细胞模型的活性菌株筛出率最高。各种肿瘤细胞模型筛选出的活性菌株也存在很大差异,这说明粘细菌产生的抗肿瘤生物活性产物对不同肿瘤细胞的抑制效果是不同的。
【Abstract】 In order to screen bioactive products from myxobacteria,inhibitory activity of tumor cells,glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase as in vitro screening model were used to screen different origin of myxobacteria preserved by our laboratory.Each screening model had gained active strains.However, different active strains and screening rates of the active strains can get from different screening models.The model which used anti-L1210(mouse leukemia) cell had the highest screening rate.The active strains screened by dissimilar anti-tumor models were different,so the bioactivity product produced by myxobacteria had different effect on tumor cell.
