LG-PLC在轴承内圆磨床改造中的应用
Application of LG-PLC in Reformation of Bearing Internal Grinder
【摘要】 改造老式3MZK-203A自动轴承内圆磨床控制系统,用LG系列PLC代替原F1-60MR PLC作为控制主机,分析了其工作流程及编程特点。改造后机床的操作方式、控制方式和功能要求与原设备相同,且运行稳定可靠。
【Abstract】 The 3MZK-203A bearing grinder is reformed by replacing F1-60MR PLC with LG-PLC as main controler,and the workflow and characteristics of program is analyzed.After the reformation,operation,control mode and performance requirements are same as the original equipment.The system is stable and reliable operation.
