超高速磨削相关技术与工业应用
Key Technology and Application of Super-high Speed Grinding Machining
【摘要】 超高速磨削加工是先进制造方法的重要组成部分,是各种加工材料获得精确尺寸和表面完整性的主要加工方法。论述了超高速磨削相关技术,分析了超高速外圆磨削、快速点磨削和高效深切磨削等超高速磨削加工技术的国内外现状、最新进展及在工业中的具体应用,阐述了发展超高速磨削加工的重要性。
【Abstract】 The super-high grinding machining technologies relating to ultra high speed cylindrical grinding are introduced,the high speed point-grinding,high efficiency deep grinding are analyzed.The key technologies and the newest development and current states of super-high speed grinding machining are investigated.The importance to develop super-high speed grinding machining is dicussed.
