【摘要】 目的评价螺旋CT在隐匿性骨折中的临床应用价值。方法对252例外伤患者普通X线平片中未显示而临床怀疑有骨折的患者进行CT扫描后,通过CT图像后处理,得到外伤部位骨骼二维和三维的图像。结果252例X线平片中未显示骨折的患者经CT重建后,45例显示有骨折:胫骨平台骨折12例,腰椎横突骨折6例,肩胛骨骨折5例,胸骨骨折2例,肋骨骨折3例,骶骨骨折7例,髋臼骨折5例,筛骨骨折3例,鼻骨骨折2例。结论螺旋CT对隐匿性骨折的病例能准确地作出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of helical CT in the occult fracture. Methods 252 patients who were suspicious of fracture,however,negative on plain X-ray film were performed with helical CT scan,2D and 3D images of the injuried bone were obtained by using CT postprocessing in work station.Results In 252 injuried patients,45 patients had fractures in different parts:12 cases in tibial plateau,6 cases in transverse process of lumbar vertrbra,5 cases in shoulder blade,2 cases in sternum,3 cases in rib,7 cases in sacrum;5 cases in acetabulum;3 cases in osethmoidale;2 cases in nasal bone.Conclusion helical CT can be used to diagnose definitely in occult fracture.更多还原
