【摘要】 目的探讨白血病肺部浸润的CT表现,提高对白血病肺部浸润的认识和CT诊断水平。方法回顾性分析我院确诊的13例白血病患者的肺部白血病浸润的CT表现。结果白血病患者发生肺部浸润的CT主要表现为:两肺小叶间隔线样或结节样增厚,外周支气管血管束增粗;亦可表现为多发斑片状影、多发结节影,毛玻璃样改变或肺实变影;且常并发霉菌感染。这些表现的多样性、多形性与白血病细胞浸润肺的途径相一致,但不具特异性。结论白血病患者出现肺部症状时,应考虑肺部浸润的可能,行CT检查有助于肺浸润的诊断,但应与其他并发症如感染相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe CT manifestations of lung in patients with leukemia pulmonary infiltrates as well as to improve CT recognition of leukemia pulmonary infiltrates. Methods Findings CT of lung in 13 patients with leukemia pulmonary infiltrations were reviewed. Results CT findings of leukemia pulmonary infiltration had a great variety, the main findings were penbronchovascular interstitial thickening, parenchymal nodules, interlobular septal thickening, groundglass opacity, air space consolidation and so on. These findings were consistent with the pattern of the leukemic cells to infiltrates the lung, but all the findings were of non-specificity. Conclusion The presence of pulmonary infiltrates should be considered when complication occurs in patients with leukemia. Although other processes should be excluded, CT is helpful in detecting leukemia pulmonary infiltrates.更多还原
