【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT对肾实质钙质样密度病变的诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析30例螺旋CT扫描发现的经病理或临床证实的肾实质钙质样密度病变。结果31例中肾囊肿并钙化13例,肾结核并钙化8例,髓质海绵肾4例,肾癌并钙化3例,肾乳头坏死并钙化2例,上述各种肾实质钙质样密度病变各有不同的CT影像特征。结论了解各种不同性质肾实质钙质样密度病变有利于诊断和鉴别诊断,对指导临床治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the value of spiral CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of calcie density of renal parenchyma. Methods 30 calcie density of renal parenchyma which were comfirmed by pathology or clinical were retrospectively analyzed. Results 13 cysts of kidney and calcification , 8 tuberculosis of kidney and calcification, 4 sponge kidneies, 3 renal carcinoma and calcification, 2 necrosis of renal papillae and calcification. These diseases had diffirent image character of CT. Conclusion It is very important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis to comprehend the different character of all calcie density of renal parenchyma.更多还原
