【摘要】 目的探讨多排螺旋CT泌尿系成像(spiralCTurography,SCTU)对输尿管病变的诊断价值。方法35例输尿管病变患者,其中结石18例、肿瘤3例、息肉1例、畸形4例、炎症4例、输尿管瘘2例、腹腔内肿瘤手术后遗症3例。均作螺旋CT泌尿系检查,先作平扫,然后注射对比剂后10～15min行螺旋CT容积扫描,在工作站进行图像后处理。其中22例行静脉泌尿系造影。结果在SCTU图像上,18例,21枚结石(其中2枚阴性结石)可清晰发现结石及扩张的输尿管和肾盂;3例肿瘤可见输尿管腔突然中断及肿块;4例双肾盂并双输尿管畸形均见两个肾盂和两条输尿管;2例输尿管瘘显示瘘口的位置及走行。结论与普通CT及静脉尿路造影(IVU)相比,螺旋CT及其SCTU技术有明显的优越性,能提高输尿管病变诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of spiral CT urography(SCTU) in ureteral diseases. Methods Spiral CT urography(SCTU) was performed in 35 cases with ureteral diseases, including 18 cases of ureteral calculus, 3 carcinomas, 1 polyp, 4 malformations,4 inflammations, 2 ureteral fistulas and 3 operating sequelas. In 35 cases, 22 also received intrave-nous urography(IVU). Results On SCTU, the location and diameter of 21 ureteral calculus(19 radiopaque, 2 radiolucent) and enlargement of renal pelvis and ureter were displayed local rarefication obstruction of contrast medium in ureter were detected in 3 tumor. 4 malformation with double renel pelvis and urter were demonstrated.The location and direction of 2 ureteral fistulas were notified. Conclusion SCTU is superiord to IVU and conventional CT in improving diagnostic accuracy of ureteral disease.更多还原
