转录因子CBF基因转化烟草抗寒性指标的检测

【摘要】 为了解棉花转录因子CBF基因转化烟草的抗寒性,将苗龄21 d的转基因及其野生型T2代烟苗进行0、-1、-2、-3、-4℃低温处理4 h,分别进行各处理材料的电解质渗透率、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量的检测。结果表明转基因烟草的电导率和丙二醛含量均低于非转基因烟草,而转基因烟草的可溶性糖含量高于非转基因烟草。证实转CBF基因可以提高烟株的抗寒性。

【Abstract】 In order to know stress tolerance of tobacco,T2 generation transgenic(CBF gene in Gossypium hirsutum) and non-transgenic tobacco was treated with different low temperature(0,-1,-2,-3,-4℃).The conductivity,the concentration of propyl and sugar were tested.The results indicated that the conductivity and the concentration of propyl of transgenic tobacco were lower than non-transgenic tobacco.However,the concentration of sugar of transgenic tobacco was higher than non-transgenic tobacco.These results demonstrated that the cold tolerance of transgenic tobacco level was enhanced.
