【摘要】 外资大卖场为了争夺门店资源,不断在我国大中城市扎堆扩张。对上海的研究发现,商业规制不力、超国民待遇、地方政府受利益驱动等助长了外资大卖场的扎堆扩张,导致诸多负面影响,如本土大卖场面临"挤出威胁",本土制造业利润空间萎缩,商业资源浪费,城市交通秩序混乱,周边中小零售商业衰亡等。调控外资大卖场扎堆扩张,关键在于强化商业规制,取消外资大卖场的"超国民待遇",完善商业网点规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign-funded hypermarkets continue aggregation expansion regardless of costs in China’s large and medium-sized cities.A case study on Shanghai shows that a series of factors such as business regulation ineffective,super-national treatment,the local government driven by interest etc.encourage aggregation expansion and bring a lot of negative impact,for instance the extrusion threat to the local hypermarkets,decreasing profit of local manufacture,the waste of business resources,the disorder of urban traffic,the closure of small and medium-sized retail business and so on.It includes that it is necessary to strengthen commercial regulations,improve business planning and cancel super-national treatment in order to regulate and control hypermarket aggregation expansion.更多还原
