库里蒂巴一体化公共交通系统

【摘要】 简要介绍了巴西库里蒂巴公共交通一体化发展历程,并从线路、车站、车辆、专用车道、管理和组织等方面概括其特征。指出库里蒂巴良好的城市空间结构和城市客运交通结构绝不仅仅是因为开辟了BRT系统,其成功经验在于:城市与交通整体规划,完整的公共交通体系设计,政府管理机构设置,相应的政策法规、运营管理机制,以及坚持不懈地按照规划来推进实施等一整套经验。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a brief introduction to the integrated development of a public transportation system in Curitiba, Brazil, and characterizes the system in terms of transit routes, stops, vehicles, exclusive lanes, and its management/administration. It is observed that the well structured urban spaces and passenger transportation are attributive not merely to the city’s BRT system, but also to an urban and transportation general planning, a complete transit system design, a governmental management institution establishment, and to the related policies and regulations, operational administrative mechanism, as well as a consistent adherence to a thorough implementation of planning.
