【摘要】 在充分认识城市交通规划理论和实践的基础上,回顾了改革开放以来北京市城市交通规划、建设和发展的历程。初步将其划分为三个发展阶段,即20世纪80年代初理论基础研究阶段、20世纪90年代城市综合交通规划理论方法体系开创阶段以及90年代后期至今现代理论与实践方法的成熟应用阶段,并总结每个阶段的重要理论取向与重大实践突破。阶段特征总结过程中,回顾了北京市交通发展的不同背景、理论与规划研究的相关成果以及建设实践的重大举措,旨在为今后北京市城市交通的发展提供有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through a close look at the theory and practice of ur- ban transportation planning, this paper conducts a review of ur- ban transportation planning, construction and development in Bei- jing during the past 30 years of China’s reform and opening-up. Based on 3 classifications for development stages, i.e. fundamen- tal theory study in the early 1980s, the initial phase of planning theory development for urban comprehensive transportation in the 1990s, and the application of modern planning theory and methods from the late 1990s till now, the paper summarizes im- portant theories and main practice in each stage, respectively. Re- garding characteristics in each stage, the paper reviews the back- grounds, relevant achievements in planning research, and the im- plementation of key transportation projects, so as to provide some insight into the future development of Beijing urban trans- portation.更多还原
