平衡计分卡在企业绩效管理中的应用
Enterprise Performance Management Based on Balance Scorecard
【摘要】 阐述平衡计分卡的理论,提出基于平衡计分卡的企业绩效管理实施步骤,并对应用平衡计分卡应注意的问题进行讨论。
【Abstract】 The paper described the Balanced Scorecard theory,and proposed the implementation steps of Enterprise Performance Management based on the Balanced Scorecard.Finally,the problems emerging in applying Balanced Scorecard were discussed.
