【摘要】 广州市素有"千年商都"的美誉,服务业在其经济发展中占有重要地位。在新一轮广州城市总体发展战略中更是提出广州市将建设成为"国家中心城市、南方经济中心、世界文化名城",重点发展现代服务业,提升中心城市集聚辐射和综合服务功能。本文参考借鉴国内外对于现代服务业的最新研究,结合广州市的发展实际,分析广州市现代服务业发展的现状,揭示其中存在的问题。针对广州当前的发展形势及未来发展的需求,提出了广州市现代服务业发展的目标与思路、重点领域及空间布局、规划要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangzhou is known as "Millennium Business Capital".The service industry plays an important role in its economic development.In the new round of Guangzhou Comprehensive Development Strategic Plan,the target of building a "national central city,economic center of South China,world cultural city" is proposed,which demands to focus on the development of modern service industry and enhance the concentration and radiation effects and comprehensive service function of Guangzhou.Taking the latest research of modern service industry home and abroad for reference,combining with the current situations of Guangzhou,this paper analyzes the status quo of its modern service industry development and reveals the existing problems.Based on the current development situations and future development needs,it put forward the goals,route,focus areas,spatial layout and main planning issues of Guangzhou’s modern service industry development.更多还原
