【Abstract】 China has a large quantity of small towns which have big regional discrepancy. How to develop a series of small and medium sized cities through cultivating central towns is a strategic issue in the urbanization of China. By analyzing the targets of constructing small and medium sized cities, the advantages and constraints in cultivating central towns and the historic opportunity, this paper argues that developing central towns is the necessary rule in Chinese urbanization.更多还原
