【摘要】 以佛山市禅城区公交规划为例,在传统公共交通规划技术方法的基础上,对公共交通特许经营中所面临的成本核算、线路确定、运营监管等方面的规划控制进行了有益的尝试。面向政府的制度建设和公共政策的制定,规划以新的视角着眼于公交的全面改革,从公共交通的市场制度设计、竞争规则制定、票制票价制定、公交线路优化、场站设施规划等诸多方面优化公共交通系统,促进优先发展公共交通战略的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the public transportation planning of Chancheng District as an example, this paper makes an analysis over the franchising of public transportation in the aspects of cost estimation, bus lines, operation, and supervision. From the perspective of the comprehensive reform, the plan tries to optimize the public transportation system in marketization, competition, pricing, bus lines, facilities and so on to fulfill the public transportation priority strategy.更多还原
