【摘要】 以问题为导向,面向新形势下城市建设开发和规划管理需要,《安徽省城市控制性详细规划编制规范》对控规编制的思路、层次、内容、成果形式等进行了详细规定,从控制研究层次、街区控制、地域化的控制体系、规划管理技术等方面探索了现行控制性详细规划编制的方法。文章在分析当前控制性详细规划编制存在的主要问题的基础上,剖析了《规范》制定的思路和主要内容,总结了其在实践操作中的不足与相关思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of the urban development and planning administration un- der the new situations, the Urban Regulatory De- tailed Planning Formulation Ordinance of Anhui Prov- ince specifies the guiding ideologies, hierarchy, con- tents and final documents of the formulation of regu- latory detailed plan. It explores the methods of mak- ing regulatory detailed plan in the aspects of hierar- chy of the regulatory plan, control over the blocks, localized regulatory system and techniques in plan- ning administration and so on. This paper analyzes the ideology and contents of the ordinance and sum- marizes the defects of the ordinance in the practicesby examining the problems in the regulatory detailed planning.更多还原
