基于UGB的杭州城市空间结构研究
Study on Spatial Structure of Hangzhou City Based on UGB
【摘要】 以《杭州市城市总体规划(2001—2020年)》经国务院正式批准实施为契机,从调查分析杭州城市空间结构现状及"城市蔓延"等问题入手,借鉴美国俄勒冈州城市发展边界(UGB,UrbanGrowthBoundary)的理念和实践,提出了优化杭州城市空间结构的设想,为当前我国城市发展及管理提供了借鉴。
【Abstract】 Based on theory of UGB(The Urban Growth Boundary),the author try to give ways to solve the problem of "urban sprawl" emerged in Hangzhou city.Then put forwards some advises about Urban spatial structure of Hangzhou city,which Inspired by UGB practice in Oregan,USA.From this paper,we can draw experiences and enlightenments to urban growth management.
