【摘要】 长期以来,基础设施投资是我国全社会固定资产投资的重要组成部分,也是促进我国经济发展的重要动力。但是,还缺乏文献对基础设施的经济效率进行综合评价。论文以陕西关中地区小城市为例,采用DEA模型研究基础设施在促进经济增长和城市化中的效率变化。计算结果显示,从长期来看基础设施的经济效率是下降的,但是随着我国基础设施投融资体制和管理体制的改革,下降的速度得到了遏制。因此,基础设施投融资体制改革和基础设施管理体制改革可能是比基础设施投资更为重要的课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investment on infrastructure is a main part in total fixed asset investment,and is also a important driver for economic growth in China.But there is few literatures to study the economic efficiency of infrastructure.The paper used DEA model to study the trend in the efficiency by the data of Guanzhong little cities.The conclusion is that the efficiency trended to less,so it is necessitous to reform the investment and financing system and government system of infrastructure.更多还原
