【摘要】 本文从理论和实证两方面分析了我国城市化进程中人力资本投资对促进城市和谐发展所起的作用。城市的和谐发展包括城市中人与人之间的和谐以及人与自然之间的和谐。通过分析发现人力资本投资是影响城市和谐发展的主要因素之一。人力资本投资与城市和谐之间存在着相互作用、相互促进的辩证关系。文章最后采用主成分分析法构建了人力资本投资指数,将44个城市的和谐指数与人力资本投资指数进行回归分析,发现人力资本投资对城市的和谐发展有显著的正效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay analyzes the effect of human capital investment on improving the harmony development of cities theoretically and empirically.The harmony development of cities includes the harmony of people with people,and people with nature.We find that population and system factors are the leading influences on the harmony development of cities.We will see interactive and mutual improving dialectical relationship between human capital investment and city harmony.Later,the paper constructs human capital investment index using principle component method,and then regress the index of 44 cities’ human capital investment to the city harmony index,finding human capital investment have significant positive effect on city harmony.更多还原
