土壤固化剂在天津空客A320工程道路中的应用研究

【摘要】 该文介绍了土壤固化剂在道路工程予以应用的一例试验研究。通过室内无侧限抗压强度、CBR承载比、回弹模量试验,为天津空客A320配套工程公路建设使用土壤固化剂处理路基确定了施工方案和保证施工质量的控制指标。其结果是:现场土添加4%石灰和土壤固化剂的无机稳定土做路床处理时,当压实度大于90.0%,其抗压强度可大于0.80MPa。现场土添加2%水泥、3%石灰和土壤固化剂做底基层无机稳定土时,压实度达到95.5%以上,则无侧限抗压强度可满足1.5MPa的要求。现场土添加3%水泥、3%石灰和土壤固化剂做公路基层无机稳定土时,无侧限抗压强度若要达到2.5MPa,压实度必须控制在97.6%以上。试验总结出的无侧限抗压强度与压实度的关系曲线,为道路建设质量控制提供了参考值。

【Abstract】 The article introduces an experimental study of the soil solidified agent used in the road engineering.Through the indoor unconfined compression strength,CBR bearing ratio and resilient modulus test,it is to determine the construction scheme and the control index to guarantee the construction quality for using the soil solidified agent to treat the roadbed in the construction of the engineering highway supported for Tianjing Airbus A320.Its result is that the compression strength can be larger than 0.80 MPa when the compactness is larger than 90.0% if the filed soil is added with 4% lime and the soil solidified agent of inorganic stabilized soil is treated for roadbed.When the field soil is added with 2% cement and 3% lime,and the soil solidified agent is done for the inorganic stabilized soil of the bed base,and the compactness is over 95.5%,the unconfined compression strength can meet the requirement of 1.5 MPa.When the field soil is added with 3% cement and 3% lime,and the soil solidified agent is done for the inorganic stabilized soil of the highway base,and if the unconfined compression strength reaches 2.5 MPa,the compactness must be controlled by over 97.6%.The relation curve of the unconfined compression strength and the compactness summarized from the test provides the referring value for the quality control of road construction.
