【Abstract】 Construction of economic assistance system on divorce in France must consider how to minify adverse influence on parties and social harmony brought by divorce itself.This paper focuses on systematic research and evaluation of French economic assistance on divorce,makes a specific review and analysis of some short points of the said system at present China,uses foreign legislative experience for reference and combines our practice,thus puts forward legislative suggestions to complete China’s economic assistance system on divorce.更多还原
