【Abstract】 China is in its social transitional period and vulnerable group is the special product of the social transitional period,and in China,civil rights of vulnerable group are not properly protected.Based on administrative ethics perspective,this paper studies civil rights of vulnerable group in China’s social transitional period,analyzes barrier factors of the civil rights of the group from outside perspective and inner perspective and discusses the path to realize civil rights of the group from institutional ethics and individual ethics of administrative ethics.更多还原
