【摘要】 目的探讨自制的Apac新型义齿稳固剂对牙槽嵴低平患者佩戴全口义齿满意度的影响。方法将Apac新型义齿稳固剂分发给30例牙槽嵴低平的全口义齿患者,教其使用方法,问卷调查使用前后的满意度,结果用自身配对t检验统计分析。结果使用Apac新型义齿稳固剂后,全口义齿的总体满意度、语音、咀嚼功能、固位和舒适性有显著性提高;而外观无显著性差别。结论Apac新型义齿稳固剂可提高牙槽嵴低平患者全口义齿的总体满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Apac denture adhesive on the satisfaction of patients wearing complete denture with poor aveolar ridges.Methods Thirty patients with poor aveolar ridges wearing complete denture were employed to assess the differences of satisfaction after Apac was used.The satisfaction was tested by a questionaire and the satisfactical analysis was carried out by t-test.Results The general satisfaction,speaking,mastication,retention and comfort were significantly improved whereas appearance was not significantly changed.Conclusion Self-made Apac denture adhesive can be used to improve the satisfaction of patients wearing complete denture with poor aveolar ridges.更多还原
