【摘要】 目的探讨睾丸原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析7例睾丸原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床资料,并结合文献进行讨论。结果7例患者均为单侧睾丸发病,以睾丸无痛性肿大为主要临床表现,都根据组织病理学和免疫组织化学确诊,治疗方案为根治性睾丸切除加术后化疗及放疗。5例患者平均随访24个月,未出现肿瘤复发。结论中老年男性患者出现的无痛性睾丸肿大应想到睾丸原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤的可能,组织病理学和免疫组织化学对该病的诊断具有重要意义,根治性睾丸切除加术后化疗及放疗是常用的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma were reviewed retrospectively and we reviewed the relevant published literature and analyzed the clinical significance of primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Results Primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma was found in unilateral testis in 7 patients.Main clinical manifestation of 7 patients with primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma was testis swelling with no pain.All patients were diagnosed correctly by histopathology and immunohistochemistry.Treatment protocols of all patients included orchidectomy and chemotherapy and radiotherapy afer operation.There was no lymphoma to recur when we followed up 5 patients for 2 years.Conclusion When an enlarging and painless testis mass occurs in an aged male patient,the primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma should be considered.It is important to use the method of histopathology and immunohistochemistry to diagnose this disease.The orchidectomy and chemotherapy and radiotherapy afer operation are usually recommended to treat the primary testicular non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma.更多还原
