纳米炭淋巴示踪剂在胃癌淋巴结清扫和病理检查中的价值

【摘要】 目的研究纳米炭淋巴示踪剂在胃癌手术淋巴结清扫及病理检查中的价值。方法80例胃窦癌患者随机分为常规病检组和纳米炭示踪组,比较两组淋巴结的检获情况。结果80例全部由同组手术者施行D2根治术,两组共检获淋巴结2 092枚,其中常规病检组为(22.7±6.29)枚/例,纳米炭示踪组(29.6±6.71)枚/例,P=0.000。着色淋巴结癌转移检出率高。结论纳米炭示踪剂明显提高了淋巴结检获率,提高了病理检查的准确性;示踪剂的分布情况也证实了手术清扫范围的足够性。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the adoption of carbon nano-particle in the surgical dissection and pathologic examination of lymph node for gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the routine method group and carbon nano-particle group.Results 2 092 lymph nodes were examined from 2 groups.The average examined number of carbon nano-particle group was(29.6±6.71)/case,which was significantly higher than the other group(22.7±6.29)/case,P=0.000.More tiny lymph nodes were examined in the nano-particle group(P=0.000) and more metastases were located along the right gastroepiploic vessel and its branches.Conclusion Adoption of nano-particle in pathologic examination of gastric cancer surgery can increase the examined number of lymph nodes,while detect small nodes harboring cancer,thus ensuring the correctness of pathologic report.The distribution of lymph nodes underlines the execution of principle in radical dissection for gastric cancer.
