【摘要】 目的探讨普伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效和安全性以及对CHF患者心室重塑的影响。方法选择CHF患者130例,随机分为两组。对照组55例,给予强心剂、利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂等常规治疗;普伐他汀组(治疗组)75例,在同对照组用药的基础上加用普伐他汀20mg,每日1次口服。每月门诊随访,观察治疗前及治疗后6个月心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)及左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)。结果治疗组在治疗后6个月心功能、LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD较对照组有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,无肝、肾功能异常,肌酸激酶无明显增高。结论CHF患者在心力衰竭标准治疗的基础上加用普伐他汀20mg/d,治疗6个月,安全、有效,且可改善心功能,改善心室重塑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of cardiac function in the patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) after pravastatin treatment.Methods 130 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:pravastatin group(75patients)and control group(55 patients).The patients in the pravastatin group were given pravastatin 20mg/d for 6-month besides conventional therapy.Echocardiographic indices were evaluated before and after 6-month therapy.Results Pravastatin significantly decreased LV diastolic dimensions and increased LV ejection fraction as well as NYHA stage significantly improved,compared with the control group.No event on liver and kidney dysfunction was noticed.Cremained unchanged 6 months post therapy.Conclusion Pravastatin may improve cardiac function and improve left ventricular remodeling in the patients with CHF.更多还原
