【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the sources of Differential Rents and Absolute Land Rents and thus makes up the formation of compensation for land expropriation,which reveals the inner connection between land rent and compensation for land expropriation.This paper points out the compensation’s influence on the movement of land rent volume,especially on the upper and lower limits of the urban absolute land rents.Therefore compensation for land expropriation should be made with the target of reducing the upper and lower limits of the urban absolute land rents to marketize compensation for land expropriation and reach the coordinate development of urban and rural areas.更多还原
