基于PRO/E的双头单螺杆泵设计

【摘要】 基于双头单螺杆泵的独特优点,设计了衬套与螺杆型线。运用PRO/E,研究双头单螺杆泵的三维建模和虚拟装配。结果表明:该混输泵能够按照设计意图进行装配,未发现干涉现象。

【Abstract】 Based on the unique merit of double helix single screw pump,it analyzed the working principle and designed the rolling bush and screw profile.Using PRO/E,it studied the 3D modeling and virtual assembly of double helix screw pump.The results showed that the multiphase pump could assembly with the design without interference.It provided the reference for optimal design and experimental prototype manufacturing.
