【摘要】 在新疆乌鲁木齐种牛场新疆褐牛繁育中心根据牛场记录选择1～10泌乳月的142头母牛,采集奶样测定,结果表明:新疆褐牛的平均乳脂率为3.63%,随着年龄的增长而逐渐下降,由3岁的3.71%下降到8岁的3.05%;随着泌乳月的延长,乳脂率呈曲线变化;而且乳脂率随产乳量的增加而呈下降的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 142 lactating cows of 1 to 10 lactation month from Urumqi breeding cattle field were selected according to records,milk sample was collected and determined.Results showed that:milk fat percentage of Xinjiang brown cattle was 3.63 percent,with age increases gradually,the fat percentage from 3.71 percent of 3-year-old to 3.05 percent of 8-year-old;as the extension of lactation month,fat percentage showed curve change,and milk fat percentage with the increase in production was a downward trend.更多还原
