以聚碳硅烷为先驱体原位反应制备Si-C-Ti陶瓷
In-Situ Preparation of Si-C-Ti Ceramic Using Polycarbosilane as Precursor
【摘要】 研究了金属钛与聚碳硅烷陶瓷先驱体作为原料原位制备Si-C-Ti陶瓷。分析了二者比例、热解温度等对合成产物组成的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)结合能谱分析(EDX)对合成的产物的微观结构和组成进行了表征。首次发现金属钛与聚碳硅烷陶瓷先驱体反应形成Ti3SiC2相,利用DSC、XRD对金属钛与聚碳硅烷的反应温度及在不同温度下反应产物的组成进行表征,分析了Ti3SiC2相的形成机理。研究发现,可以通过控制先驱体与金属的比例及工艺条件等合成高纯的Ti3SiC2。
【Abstract】 Study on the preparation of Si-C-Ti ceramic by in-situ reaction between polycarbosilane(PCS) and metal Ti had been proceeded in this work. The effects of their ratios and reactive condition on the composition of pyrolytic products were studied. The Ti3SiC2 phase formed by reaction between metal Ti and PCS was firstly observed. The reaction temperature between (PCS) and metal Ti and compositions of products obtained at different temperature were examined by DSC and XRD. The formed mechanism for Ti3SiC2 was analyzed. The results indicated that the high-purity Ti3SiC2 can be obtained by controlling the ratios between PCS and metal Ti and reaction conditions. The morphology and composition were characterized by SEM with EDX.
