磁场中浆料内部磁性粒子结构与形成机理研究
Investigation on Microstructures of Suspension Composed of Ferromagnetic and Nonmagnetic Particles and Formation Mechanism in a Magnetic Field
【摘要】 研究了由铁磁性Ni和非磁性ZrO2颗粒组成的混合浆料在磁场中的内部结构及其形成机理。结果表明,磁场下浆料中Ni粒子易于形成链状团簇,而且团簇尺寸随着磁场强度的增加和磁场施加时间的延长而增大。这是粒子受外场作用和粒子与粒子之间相互作用的结果。此外,还建立了磁场下链状团簇形成的简单物理模型,为磁场下制备功能梯度材料提供实验和理论依据。
【Abstract】 The microstructure of aqueous suspension containing Ni and ZrO2 particles in a static magnetic field was investigated. The formation mechanism of the microstructure was discussed. The results show that Ni particles tend to form chain-like clusters in the suspension under the external field,because of the dipole-field interaction and the dipole-dipole interaction among Ni particles. The clusters grew with applied field and the field loading time. Moreover,a simple physical model for the formation of chain-like clusters was proposed to provide a foundation for the fabrication of ferromagnetic nonmagnetic FGMs.
