【Abstract】 The pr ℃ess of preparation of calcium pyruvate with eggshell was introduced,and checked all factors which could affect synthesis by aid of orthogonal comparisons.It is shown that 5.6g calcining ash of eggshell adding 55ml water react with 0.08mol pyruvic acid in 65 centigrade degree temp and 400rpm mix round.Yield could reach 95%.A new approach were offered for deep-pr ℃essing of eggshell to prepared calcium pyruvate.更多还原
