八种竹子材质性能的研究

【摘要】 对8种竹子的化学成分和纤维形态进行了分析研究。结果表明,竹子的综纤维素含量相对较高,木素含量略低于针叶木,聚戊糖含量与阔叶材相当,抽出物含量较高,但不同地域种植的不同品种化学成分差异较大。8种竹子显微镜法测定的纤维平均长度为1.70~2.60mm、平均宽度为13.23~20.66μm,纤维细胞壁腔比为1.86~6.71,材性指标均符合造纸工业对纸浆材的质量要求。

【Abstract】 The analysis and study on the chemical components and fiber configuration of eight kinds of bamboo weremade. The results showed that the content of holocellulose in bamboo is comparatively high, lignin content is lower than softwood’s, pentosan content is similar to that of hard wood and the contents of extractives are relatively high, but the chemical component of different breeds in different areas are highly diversity. Microscope measurement showed that the average fiber length of bamboo is 1.70~2.60mm, the average width is 13.23~20.66μm and the ratio of fiber’s cell wall to cavity is 1.86~6.71, all the index of material character can meet the demand of pulp in paper industry.
