【摘要】 人民币国际化是中国全面融入经济金融全球化的必由之路,不仅具有必要性,而且更具紧迫性。随着人民币国际化进程的推进,收益和成本问题也将显现,需要密切关注面临的风险,尽可能扬长避短、趋利避害。人民币国际化的总体战略是双管齐下、内外兼修,即在务实基础、练好内功的同时积极推进人民币国际化,在战略和政策取向上选择两个层次的"三步走"。克服人民币国际化相关制约因素的基本思路是巩固人民币国际化的基础、辩证看待人民币国际化的前提条件、以扩大人民币国际流通量为突破口。更多还原

【Abstract】 RMB internationalization is the only way for China to fully integrate into economic and financial globalization.RMB internationalization is not only necessary but also urgent.As the RMB internationalization process push forward,profit and cost problems will emerge,so related risks should be paid close attention to and try best to develop the strong points and avoid the weak ones.The general RMB internationalization strategies are‘do both things simultaneously’and‘practice both the internal and external power’,namely to push RMB internationalization while tamping the foundation and enhancing internal strength,to choose two levels‘three steps’in strategy and policy orientation.In order to overcome the constraints in pushing RMB internationalization, the basic idea could be tamping the foundation of RMB internationalization,dialectically regarding the prerequisites of RMB internationalization and enlarging RMB international turnover as a breakthrough point.更多还原
